We are a group of coaches from different Masjids around Houston that decided we wanted an AAU-style basketball league for our youth. We hope to have the most competitive AAU-style league of sports in the Houston area.
Age groups are:
Boys 9-13 and 14-17 years,
Boys 18-21 (Tournaments only)
Girls 13-18
Girls 18-25 (Tournaments only)
Our seasons usually begin with planned scrimmages. The Basketball season begins June 1st to August 15th right before school starts. Then the Fall season from September to November. Schedules are designed by our volunteers and coaches so that every team will play each other 3 or 4 times to encourage competition. We hire professional referees to officiate all games. All our coaches are volunteers who love the game. Volunteers are encouraged to join the team at your area Masjid.
Our teams are Muslim teams, but all teams are welcome to compete. Different teams will sometimes be invited to our tournaments.
